Shipping, Returns, & Warranty


Our lights are all gauaranteed against failure or malfunction for a period of one year unless otherwise specified.

To request a replacement, send a description of the problem along with your order date and email address to support@onewaylight.com.

Replacements shipped within the USA are shipped at no-cost.  Replacements shipped outside the US may incur a shipping fee.

One Way Light offers no warranty of non-light items or items otherwise covered by a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.

Returns Policy

Return any order for any reason within 60 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

Orders that shipped free can be returned at no-cost by contacting admin@onewaylight.com and using our printable return shipping label.

Orders that incurred a shipping charge at checkout can be returned at buyer's expense.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are shown at checkout and fluctuate based on the best available rates.

International orders (except Canada and Mexico): Export market vehicle equipment can vary significantly compared to North American models.  To ensure the best customer experience, we require photo verification of these vehicles installed lighting equipment prior to shipping.


Policy Exceptions

Contact support@onewaylight.com with any questions regarding our terms.  Our intent is to provide the best possible support while maintaining reasonable prices.  If you have a problem with our product we want to solve it and prevent such a problem from ever happening again.
