Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
Our lights are all guaranteed against failure or malfunction for a period of two years unless otherwise specified.
To request a replacement, send a description of the problem along with your order date and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Replacements shipped within the USA are shipped at no-cost. Replacements shipped outside the US may incur a shipping fee.
One Way Light offers no warranty of non-light items or items otherwise covered by a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
Return any order for any reason within 60 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
Orders that shipped free can be returned at no-cost by contacting email@example.com and using our printable return shipping label.
Orders that incurred a shipping charge at checkout can be returned at buyer's expense.
Shipping prices are shown at checkout and fluctuate based on the best available rates. As of June 2018, most orders ship from Amazon.com using two-day shipping. Some orders may ship directly from One Way Light LLC by USPS. If you have any concern about how your order is shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
USPS First-Class International shipping is approximately $13 per order, but only guarantees package tracking to the delivery country when it is handed off to the local post service. USPS Priority and DHL start at $33 and go up to around $100. Other options, FEDEX and UPS, tend to be even more expensive. Contact email@example.com if you do not wish to ship with USPS First-Class International. Also, we may offer the product you seek on Amazon or eBay. They may offer a more attractive shipping option.
