For any request that may require sending new or different parts or a return label:
- Create an account at onewaylight.com
- Include your order number
- Amazon: This can be located in your order history.
- One Way Light: This was emailed to you. If you can't locate it, we can look it up by the name or email used at time of purchase.
- Name. This is how we'll identify you in communication.
- If Wrong Item: send a picture of the package, incompatible parts, and make, model, and year of the vehicle.
- If Failed Item: keep the part. We may need more information.
- Other: describe any odd behavior.
To be added to vehicle specific lists, please provide the info below. We'll email when we have a new product, an upgrade offer (free or reduced cost to prior customers), or are looking for help testing products.
