  • Include your order number
    • Amazon: This can be located in your order history.
    • One Way Light: This was emailed to you.  If you can't locate it, we can look it up by the name or email used at time of purchase.
  • Name.  This is how we'll identify you in communication.
  • Details
    • If Wrong Item: send a picture of the package, incompatible parts, and make, model, and year of the vehicle.
    • If Failed Item: keep the part.  We may need more information.
    • Other: describe any odd behavior.
